Wednesday 6:30pm - Energy Connection - a combination of gentle energy clearing movements, tapping, affirmations and sound healing. Connecting, releasing & aligning.

Thursday 6:30pm - Restorative & Meditation - Our sleepy time yoga class is back! A chance to relax and surrender with the support of blankets and bolsters in nurturing restorative yoga poses. Then topped off with a soothing sound meditation with crystal singing bowls.
